Pursuant to the Spanish Data Protection Law (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 – Ley de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), we hereby inform you that the personal details obtained as a result of collection through this website will be included and processed in the files held by PARQUE TECNOLÓGICO DE BIZKAIA , S.A. (with Corporate Taxpayer’s Code (CIF) No. 48177752 and address at Edificio 101, 48170 ZAMUDIO) and BEAZ , S.A. (with Corporate Taxpayer’s Code (CIF) No. A-48229058 and address at Alameda de Recalde, 18 - 6º, 48009 Bilbao), which are duly registered at the General Personal Data Protection Register (Registro General de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), and that the security measures stipulated in Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June 1999 are in place.

The User warrants that the Personal Data supplied to Biokabi are true and accurate, and responsibility for informing the latter of any changes thereto lies with the User. 

At Biokabi we are particularly concerned with security and ensuring that the data supplied by our customers remain confidential. Because of this, we guarantee the security and confidentiality of any information you give us. Such information will be used to facilitate the processing of queries and contacts and to send commercial offers regarding products and services which may be of interest to you. 

Purpose and Assignment of Data 

The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of managing, administering and providing the services made available by Biokabi to its users. To the same end, the data subject agrees to his or her data being supplied to other companies/bodies which have collaboration agreements in place with Biokabi.
